Yesterday when as I was getting the table set I turned around to see my little guy putting raspberries on his fingers! Of course I wanted to tell him not to play with his food, but I couldn’t help but laugh and think about my childhood. I immediately grabbed the camera and snapped some pictures of him. Capturing these little moments are so important to me so that I can look back as my boys get older and tell them how happy they made me and how often they made me smile.
Watching the boys grow and do silly things makes my heart happy. I enjoy each moment I get to spend with them…the good, the bad, and the ugly. Being a parent is the best, most rewarding job in the world and I wouldn’t change it for anything! I feel so lucky that my children think I am “the greatest mom in the world” and still give me huge hugs and kisses in front of their friends and at random moments during the day when their hearts feel happy too!
